Jon Nijem

Hi, my name is Jon Nijem. I have been in the apartment business for over 35 years. As I drove through Valdosta and Lowndes County on a daily basis I saw that there was a need for 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. In this day and time people do not know how to communicate well with others so alot of people want to be able to come home to their own space and not have to worry about anything. My goal was to have the nicest and safest apartments in Lowndes County and Valdosta and to make sure my tenants are taken care of. I built a very nice luxury apartment and if you look at the website you will see just how luxury they really are and all the amenities that come with it.
